PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance work efficiency by improving an incentive of an operator. SOLUTION: An inherent number is attached to inquiry mail from a customer terminal 2, and the inquiry mail is stored in a mail server 1 (step S1 and S2). Designated inquiry mail is fetched among pieces of inquiry mail stored in the mail server 1 in response to a request, from an operator terminal 3, to designate the inquiry mail and to fetch the inquiry mail (S4), and the fetched inquiry mail is transmitted together with the inherent number attached to the inquiry mail to the operator terminal 3 (S5). The operator terminal 3 transmits answer mail prepared for the transmitted inquiry mail together with the inherent number attached to the inquiry mail of the request source to the customer terminal 2 through the mail server 1 (S7 and S8).
