PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning control device for a vehicle which is capable of proper learning control without increasing storage capacity and operation time. SOLUTION: In the air conditioning control device for the vehicle which controls an operating part 27 of an air conditioner 20 based on a control amount of the predetermined control characteristics (in which environment condition and the control amount are related) and the control amount inputted by a manual operation of a passenger, and when the manual operation enters, learns the control characteristics, the control characteristics divide the whole region, which can be obtained by the environment condition, into a plurality of division regions, the control amount is related to each division region, and, the width of the division regions of the environment condition is set to two or more different sizes. Regarding the width of the division regions, in the region that the more the passenger is sensitive to an amount of the change of the environment condition, the smaller the width is made. When the environment condition is the amount of solar radiation, in the region that the less the amount of solar radiation is, the smaller the width of the division regions is made. Also, the operating part 27 is made as an air blower 27, and the control characteristics are made as an impressed voltage control characteristic.
