The invention relates to a converter (2, 4), which is configured for transmitting electrical power of more than 3 kilowatts and has half bridges (6) having in each case at least two parallel connections (13, 14) of a plurality of semiconductor switches (16) and a control device (5) for switching the half bridges (6). It should be possible to adapt the converter (2, 4) flexibly to power specifications without parasitic inductances being produced thereby. In each parallel connection (13, 14), a) in each case the semiconductor switches (16) are provided as discrete electronic components (27) and b) the electronic components (27) are in each case fastened wirelessly on a circuit board (21) by means of solder layers (30) and are connected exclusively by means of conductive tracks (22) of the circuit board (21) to the parallel connection (13, 14). |
