EXERCISE EQUIPMENT FOR PELVIC MUSCLE USING THIGH AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: Provided is an exercise equipment of the pelvic muscle for its strengthening to prevent aconuresis. CONSTITUTION: The exercising machine comprises: a tube type upper plate(1); a support plate(2) located at the bottom middle of the upper plate(1) fixed in the vertical manner; more than one pair of the elastic part materials(3) whose one end is fixed in the axial direction to the sides of the support plate(2); and a pair of moving plates(4) situated at the other axial end of the elastic part material(3). Exercise is accomplished by tightly attaching both thighs to the inside top of the moving plate(4) and folding and stretching the thighs.
