PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional multiplex bus system wherein whether access should be simple access or burst access depends on a command outputted from a higher ranking control part, therefore, if the higher ranking control part designates the simple access, the simple access is applied to addresses, even if they are sequential, and thereby transfer efficiency becomes very bad. SOLUTION: Regardless of the simple access forming an access mode from the higher ranking control part or the burst access, if the access is sequential one, each device is accessed by the bust access by detecting it. The access is rearranged based on the size of the address, or the order of the access is rearranged by deciding ranking by tags, and if the access is sequential one, each device is accessed by the burst access by detecting it.
