Proposed speed and load governor has centrifugal speed sensor, hydraulic servo controlling the load through field system of traction generator, speed setter and fuel feed servomotors coupled with spool of load control servo. Transmission from speed setter is provided through element with curvilinear surface made in form of cam. Adjustable joint is used to connect cam with speed setter servomotor.
