PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide center equipment that collectively messages a replacement period of a secondary battery of a power supply of a guard destination and a maintenance period of a guard device or the like. SOLUTION: A maintenance table 16 of the center equipment 1 registers maintenance information including replacement time of a secondary battery of a power supply of a guard destination managed by the center equipment 1. The maintenance table 16 is periodically retrieved to extract a guard destination where the maintenance is required. A maintenance to am makes a maintenance plan such as replacement of the secondary battery 34 and maintenance of a guard device 2 with respect to a guard destination needing the maintenance for the period on the basis of the result of retrieval.
