PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high Q in spite of a non-wound type, facilitate mounting onto a printed wiring board, and enable mass-production simply. SOLUTION: Conductor (2) is stuck on the whole surface including both ends of a screw type body (1) made of high frequency ferrite which has troughs (1a) continuous to both ends (1b), peaks (1c) of radial direction periphery are scraped off, the conductor is left in the troughs, and a protective film (3) is formed in a coil.
