PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an easy alignment between an optical fiber and a light emitting device and a photo detector by image recognition using an image pickup device or the like, by eliminating a positional deviation between a photo detector mounting section for mounting the photo detector and a mark for image recognition, regardless of a positional deviation generated when a continuous wiring pattern is formed on two or more faces by printing or the like. SOLUTION: On the surface of a conductor pattern 9 formed by depositing a metallized layer, an Ni plating layer, and an Au plating layer in order which is formed on other part than a wiring pattern 2 of an upper face of an insulation base 1; the mark 8 for image recognition is formed which is a recess with the bottom to the Ni plating layer by laser light.
