PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distributed constant RC element which is easy to manu facture and is capable of adjusting the resistant value and capacity value to an accurate value, and to provide a filer using the distributed constant RC element and an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: A circuit is formed on one face of an aluminum substrate 12 by using a transistor, a resistant layer and the like. A distributed constant type RC element 38 comprising a first line 40, a second line 52, and a third line 58 is formed on the other face of the aluminum substrate 12 and connected to the circuit on one face of the aluminum substrate 12. The first line 40 is used as a resistor, the second and third lines 52 and 58 are used as electrodes. Distributed resistance is generated by the first line 40, while each distributed capacity is generated between the first line 40 and the second line 58, and between the first line 40 and the third line 58. The resistance value and the capacity value are regulated by adjusting the thickness, width, length of these lines and space between each electrodes.
