PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to easy improvement of user sensory quality on an application.SOLUTION: A relay device which relays a packet transmitted from a transmission source device to a destination device includes: a packet classification unit which classifies a packet into each logical channel; packet generation monitoring unit which monitors the generation timing of the packet for each logical channel; a packet type estimation unit which estimates whether the packet is of a first packet type or a second packet type having lower transmission priority than the first packet type, using the generation timing of two or more packets; and a packet transmission control unit which controls the transmission of the packet according to the estimated packet type. The logical channel is a packet classification unit having the same transmission source device identification information and destination device identification information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
