PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescence element, which can be driven by low voltage and can improve luminescence efficiency. SOLUTION: Concerning to the organic electroluminescence element, which is formed between both electrode layers of an positive electrode layer and a negative electrode layer, and has an electronic transportation electron hole block layer and a luminescence layer, the electronic transportation electron hole block layer is constituted from a polymer, which has a repetition unit expressed with a formula (1) or a formula (2). In the formula (1), X is chosen independently from a substitution group of diatomic or more, which comes by removing hydrogen 1 atom from either of fatty-series hydrocarbon group, aromatic hydrocarbon group, ether group, or heterocyclic-ring group. In the formula (2), Y is chosen independently from a substitution group of diatomic or more, which comes by removing hydrogen 1 atom from either of fatty-series hydrocarbon group, aromatic hydrocarbon group, ether group, or heterocyclic- ring group. And Z is chosen independently from either of fatty-series hydrocarbon group, aromatic hydrocarbon group, ether group, or heterocyclic-ring group.
