PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a man-hour in circuit diagram generation and a description error, make it easy not only to design a path without a part yet to be packaged but also to change the path after the part yet to be packaged is packaged and cope even with mixing of IC parts with different drive voltage. SOLUTION: The first circuit diagram information including the plural IC parts with an input-output terminal for test yet to be wired, the second circuit diagram information including a connection box part with the input-output terminal for test and plural terminals yet to be wired and part information including specification information of the above IC parts are inputted, and wiring of the above terminal of the above connection box part with the above input-output terminal for test of the above IC parts is decided by referring to the above first and the second circuit diagram information and the above parts information. Connection information of the above IC parts to the above connection box part is outputted based on this decided wiring.
