PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store rainwater fallen on a dwelling house. SOLUTION: A water storage tank 3 provided under the dwelling house 100 is provided with a structure 5, and a water shielding sheet 97 covering the structure 5. The structure 5 comprises a plurality of main bodies 7, joints 80 to vertically connect the main bodies 7 to each other, and corner joins to horizontally connect the main bodies 7 to each other. The main body 7 is formed of polypropylene, and provided with a base plate 9 and legs 21 extended from one side of the base plate 9. The main body 7 is disposed with tips of the legs 21 directed in the same direction. The joints 48 are formed like plates, and each is provided between the other side of the base plate 9 of the main body and the tip 27 of the leg.
