SOLID ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a large capacity winding type solid electrolytic capacitor exhibiting excellent ESR characteristics and leak current characteristics in high frequency region. SOLUTION: An anode foil 1 on which a dielectric oxide film is formed and at least a cathode foil 2 of an etched aluminium foil are wound while sandwiching a nonwoven fabric separator 3 principally comprising polyphenylene sulfide resin to constitute an element. A solid electrolyte layer 4 comprising at least one kind of polyethylenedioxythiophene, olyethylenedioxythiophene polyethylene sulfonic acid and their derivatives is provided between the anode foil 1 and the cathode foil 2 of the element 10, thus obtaining a solid electrolytic capacitor exhibiting excellent heat resistance, low ESR and high reliability.
