PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel caulking device in which a constant proper pressing force always applied to a lens and the caulking precision is not affected by size variance among individual components. SOLUTION: A work is biased by a backup 1 and a compression spring 3 so that the circumferential edge 6b of a resin frame 6 abuts against a horn 4 for heating, and during caulking operation, the lens 7 receives only the proper pressing force corresponding to the biasing force.
