PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid pumping device capable of simplifying a structure by disusing a coil spring, and having high durability. SOLUTION: A float 3, a switching valve 4, and a snap mechanism 5 are built in a sealed container 2 having an operating fluid inlet port 11, an operating fluid discharge port 13, a force-fed liquid influx port 16, and a force-fed liquid discharge port 17. The snap mechanism 5 includes a main arm 51 connected to the float 3, for swinging in response to ascent and descent of the float 3, a first magnet 55 rotatably mounted on the main arm 51, a second magnet 56 for repelling the first magnet 55, an auxiliary arm 52 on which the second magnet is rotatably mounted, and which is connected to the switching valve 4, and a shaft center member 54 provided between both of the magnets 55, 56. Sine the snap mechanism utilizing repulsion of the first magnet 55 and the second magnet 56 switches opening and closing of the switching valve 4, the coil spring is not necessary, the structure is simplified, and the durability is improved.
