PURPOSE: A method and system for receiving an individual IP and using charged contents and a recording medium having a program source thereof are provided to use charged contents at low cost by endowing an individual IP from an IP service company, calculating a connection time at a corresponding contents server, and charging a fee. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal, a contents provider for supplying charged contents, and an IP service company server for endowing an individual IP are connected to the Internet. In a method for connecting to one IP designated in the charged contents through an IP service company for using a charged contents, a member connects to the IP service company server and selects contents(S100,S110). An individual IP with respect to the selected contents is endowed to the user(S120). The user connects to a server of the contents provider which supplies charged contents through the individual IP(S130).
