PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biochemical analytical kit capable of preventing a noise caused by scattering of an electron beam emitted from a radioactive labeling material from being generated in biochemical analytical data, and generating the biochemical analytical data having excellent quantitative characteristics, even when spot regions including a specifically bonding material are formed highly densely in a biochemical analytical unit, and the biochemical analytical unit acquired by bonding specifically a substance derived from a living organism labeled by the radiolabeling material with the specifically bonding material and labeling the biomaterial selectively are stuck to a stimulable phosphor layer, to thereby expose the stimulable phosphor layer to the radioactive labeling material, and the stimulable phosphor layer is irradiated with excitation light, to thereby detect photoelectrically accelerated phosphorescence light, and thereby biochemical analytical data are generated. SOLUTION: This biochemical analytical unit is equipped with a substrate 2 having a plurality of adsorptive regions 4 formed thereon mutually separately, and having a property for attenuating radiation. The unit is characterized by forming the plurality of adsorptive regions so that each area Smi of the plurality of adsorptive regions and the average area Sma of the plurality of adsorptive regions satisfy the relation; 0.5Sma<=Smi<=2Sma.
