PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which allows a test under a high Reynolds number state by increasing the internal pressure of a wind tunnel and prevents a model from receiving an unreasonable load through aerodynamic force acting on the model in the test, without upsizing the wind tunnel and the model. SOLUTION: The aerodynamic load reduction mechanism includes means for generating a desired magnetic field in a testing area within the wind tunnel and uses a technique which distributes magnetic moments within the model in advance so that a model part (a wing), which receives a load through external force (aerodynamic force) and is likely to be deformed, is acted upon by magnetic force in the direction attaining a balance with the external force.
