FIELD: wire twisting processes and equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes rod with handle rigidly secured to one end of rod. Two or more eyelets with holes are provided in other end of rod. Apparatus includes in addition elastic member; pressure device moving along rod and being in the form of hollow cylinder with truncated tip oriented towards eyelets.
