PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print seal vendor which can obtain excellent lighting effect in a saved space at a low cost and issue a print seal with a good image. SOLUTION: Laterally long auxiliary projectors (5A, 5B) which are divided into two upper and lower stages by reflecting plates (53, 54) are provided at the top parts of cabin side walls which are on both left and right sides from a subject space (2) to a seal producing vending machine (3); and a strobe light (52) which emits light in synchronism with a camera is provided at the upper stage part, and an illumination lamp (51) which always illuminates is provided at the lower stage part.
