PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for accelerating hybridization by which the acceleration of the hybridization of a target biopolymer with a probe biopolymer can be carried out and a higher speed, higher sensitivity and higher reproducibility are designed by making magnetic attracting force act using a magnetic substance. SOLUTION: This method for accelerating the hybridization comprises applying the magnetic substance to the biopolymer, making the magnetic attracting force on the biopolymer and accelerating complementary binding of the target biopolymer to the probe biopolymer in a solution.
