PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight and thin sound isolation panel having a high sound isolation performance which can be costlessly massproduced. SOLUTION: The sound isolation panel is manufactured by mutually superimposing two sheets of sound isolation boards formed of the obverse and reverse combined with each other. It is featured that the outer periphery of two sheets of sound isolation boards is enclosed by a seal structure and the inside space layer sandwiched by the sound isolation boards is filled with evacuated space or thin air.
