PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet heating unit with high heating efficiency, wide heating performance, low power consumption, compact and light size, and excellent waterproof property or the like and a portable electric heating apparatus and a heating apparel using the same. SOLUTION: The sheet heating unit 10 is provided with a plurality of heating elements 13-1 to 13-n of flexuous nature formed with the use of a conductive semiconductor material. Two conductors 12-1, 12-2 are fixed in parallel on the heating elements 13-1,.... The heating elements 13-1,... and the conductors 12-1, 12-2 are sealed with insulating sheets 11 of flexuous and heat resistant properties, from which, a draw-out cord 14 is drawn outside in a watertight state. When power is supplied to the heating elements 13-1,... from a battery, the heating elements 13-1,... radiates heat by resistance heat which uniformly heats almost all area of the sheet heating unit 10.
