PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle voice presentation apparatus with which a driver can retrieve the playback position of text data by a simple operation. SOLUTION: The in-vehicle voice presentation apparatus is provided with a reading-out data output part 3 which extracts the text data from a text database 2 and outputs the text data, a reading-out part 4 which converts the outputted text data into voice signals and reads them out with voices, operations detected by detecting parts 6a to 6c when a passenger operates the in-vehicle apparatus mounted in a vehicle, a memory 7b which stores the operations of the in-vehicle apparatus by the driver by associating them with the reading-out positions of the text data, a reproduction mode switch 8 which issues an instruction for reading a part of reading-out text data again, and a control part 7a which instructs the rereading-out of the text data on the basis of instructions from the reproduction mode switch 8 and the detection result of the operations by the detecting parts 6a to 6c when the detected operation is collated with the operations stored in the memory 7b and the same operation as the stored operation is carried out.
