PURPOSE: A barrier rib material and a method for manufacturing a barrier rib are provided to reduce procedures and costs, while achieving improved formability of barrier ribs. CONSTITUTION: A plasma display panel comprises a green sheet(60) containing a composition of 27ZnO-32B2O3-18MgO-23SiO2 and 26ZnO-22B2O3-22MgO-22SiO2-18AgO-4Al2O3-4TiO3-BaO which are mixed at a predetermined ratio. A method for manufacturing a barrier rib includes the steps of forming a green sheet; bonding the green sheet onto a substrate(62); and forming a barrier rib by pressing the mold having a groove with a shape corresponding to the shape of the barrier rib against the green sheet. |
