PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an oscillator capable of improving frequency stability of a temperature compensation type oscillator compared with the conventional art.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing an oscillator 1 that includes a vibration element 3, an oscillation circuit 10, and a temperature compensation circuit 40, includes: a first temperature compensation adjustment step (S51, S52) of measuring a frequency at a plurality of temperatures, and generating first temperature compensation data on the basis of the measured frequencies; and a second temperature compensation adjustment step (S53, S54) of, after the first temperature compensation adjustment step, measuring a frequency temperature-compensated by the temperature compensation circuit 40 on the basis of the first temperature compensation data, at a plurality of temperatures, and generating second temperature compensation data on the basis of the measured frequencies.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
