PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feedforward amplifier circuit in which the locations of respective parts comprising the circuit, particularly, positions to insert variable phase shifters are variously changed without exerting adverse influences upon the characteristics of the circuit. SOLUTION: In the feedforward amplifier circuit, variable phase shifters 5 and 12 conventionally located on the post-stage of predistortion circuits 3 and 20 are moved to the pre-stage of the predistortion circuits 3 and 20. Namely, the variable phase shifters 5 and 12 can be located at the place other than the post-stage of the predistortion circuits 3 and 20 without exerting the adverse influences upon the performance of the circuit. Therefore, the locations are flexibly set without being stuck to the conventional locations of the variable phase shifters on the post-stage of the predistortion circuits 3 and 20 when really configuring a circuit board.
