PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vane pump of intra-vane type of such a structure that even thin vanes is energized by a resilient member. SOLUTION: The vane pump 30 is structured so that vanes 27 and intra-vanes 28 are set in vane housing grooves 26a formed in a rotor 46 and is equipped with a pair of coil parts 52 in which the distance Yb between the coil centers is wider than the length Xb of the intra-vanes, wherein their coupling part 51 is formed straight or bent simply, and a torsion coil spring 50 with two arms 53 spread outward is installed, and at the bottom of each groove 26a, spring housing grooves 46b are formed in which the width Ya is smaller than the thickness Xa of the intra-vanes, and the coil parts 52 and the coupling part 51 are set in the spring housing grooves 46b and the torsion coil spring 50 is set at the bottom of each vane housing groove 26a.
