PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable feed air temperature control responding to abrupt disturbance change due to vaporization cooling effects of a humidifier. SOLUTION: This air conditioning control device is provided with an FF model (forecast model) 8-4 forecasting an offset operating amount offsetting the lowering of a feed air temperature due to the vaporization cooling effect occurring by starting of the dehumidifier 1-3. The offset operating amount from the FF model 8-4 is given to an adder 8-5, and the offset operating amount from the FF model is added to the operating amount from a PID arithmetic part 8-2.
