摘要

The objective of the present invention is to provide a controlling device and a power apparatus using the same, to extend the range of voltage applied to load. The controlling device comprises: a switching signal unit receiving a first and a second signal to output a control signal repeatedly alternating a high and a low state; a first signal generation unit generating and transferring a first signal to the switching signal unit; and a second signal generation unit comparing a detected voltage with a varied first reference voltage to generate and transfer a second signal to the switching signal unit, wherein the first signal generation unit detects a voltage level of the first reference voltage to adjust a time point to transfer the first signal.
