PURPOSE: A wire clamp apparatus is provided to easily control a wire located between a fixed clamp tip and a movable clamp tip by using a movable coil part. CONSTITUTION: A wire is clamped by a movable clamp tip(22) and a fixed clamp panel(20) having a fixed clamp tip(21). At this time, the wire is fixed by the movable clamp tip(22) corresponding to the fixed clamp tip(21) of the fixed clamp panel(20), wherein the movable clamp tip(22) is capable of moving as one-piece with a horizontally shifting coil part(23). The horizontally shifting coil part(23) moves according to Fleming's left-hand rule. Preferably, a pair of lateral axes(24) are located at the diameter portion of the fixed clamp tip(21). The movable clamp tip(22) is located between the lateral axes. At this time, the movable clamp tip(22) is supplied with the clamp pressure caused by the insertion of the coil part(23) between the lateral axes.
