PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner and outer wall structure for a building in which outer wall materials such as bricks and a support panel can be conveniently and assuredly arranged in a building structure and a support panel used in the inner and outer wall structure. SOLUTION: The support panel 20 includes a plurality of claws 26 and 28 for holding a substantially rectangular parallelepiped outer wall materials and protrusions 30 coming into contact with joints inserted between the adjacent outer wall materials.
