an injector (3) primarily purifying hazardous gas containing dusts etc., fixed weights (15) located individually in thlowest part of discharging electrodes (6) located between the injector (3) and a collecting plates (5), a latticed plate (11) fixing the weights (15) to fixed positions, a porous plate (11) located in the lowest part of the latticed plate (17), injection valves (9) in order to form water-film in the collecting plate (5) and in midair, a demister (12), and a packing layer (13) in order to filter the gases secondarly. This precipitator is characterized by a gas inlet pipe (1) being a ventrui pipe (22), a vortex plate (20) inside of the ventrui pipe (22), and an injector (3') spraying the water curculated from a water-tank (21) continuously.
