PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin eyelet having high fitting strength to fitting ground and preventing male and female rings from being rotated in the circumferential direction. SOLUTION: This eyelet is composed of a male ring member where a cylindrical engagement leg is formed in the center, and a flange part is formed in the whole periphery of the base end, and a female ring member having a fitting hole to which the engagement leg is fitted, wherein the fitting ground is held between the outer peripheral edge parts of the male ring member and the female ring member and secured. A male side holding smooth surface 11 and a female side holding smooth surface 12 for holding the fitting ground 3 are formed circumferential in the mutual opposite positions of the male side ring member 1 and the female side ring member 2, and a plurality of ground through pieces 11 are continuously erected to the side edge part 14 of the female side holding smooth surface 12 in the female side ring member 1.
