PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a high pressure of feed water even if the pressure difference between the feed water and a fuel (f) is lower than a predetermined pressure. SOLUTION: A gas turbine generation facility is composed such that the pressure of the fuel (f) is detected by a fuel pressure detecting means 31, and that of the feed water by a feed water detecting means 32. When the pressure difference derived from a pressure difference derivation means becomes small, a vent valve 34 is opened to discharge the fuel (f), and the pressure of the feed water is kept higher than that of the fuel by the minimum discharge amount of the fuel (f) even if the pressure difference is smaller than the value of the predetermined pressure.
