Damping element comprises a housing (2), a rod element (10) arranged in the housing, and damping units interacting with the rod element. The rod element has units (13) for protecting against rotation, is guided into the housing and is provided with a thread (16) on which a screw element (17) is fitted. The screw element is held between a first stop element (22) connected to the housing and a second stop element (11) with play. Rotation of the screw element occurs during longitudinal movement of the rod element without self-locking. Preferred Features: The second stop element is formed as a plate element and is provided with a central opening (12) through which the rod element can be guided. A front side surface (18) of the screw element and/or the neighboring surface (19) of the second stop element are equipped with a friction element (10). |
