PURPOSE: A loosening preventive device of a wheel nut is provided to prevent the wheel nut from loosening against vibration during traveling by surrounding the nut with the loosening restricting band, and to keep elastic force of a loosening restricting band by embedding the iron core in the loosening restricting band. CONSTITUTION: A wheel is fastened to a vehicle by plural wheel nuts, and a band is wound around the wheel nuts to prevent the nuts from loosening. First two adjacent nuts(10) are surrounded by a loosening restricting band(30), and the side of a second nut(20) is contacted to the loosening restricting band. The loosening restricting band includes a metal core, and rubber surface layers formed on and under the metal core. Rotation of the wheel nut is prevented during traveling by surrounding the wheel nuts with the loosening restricting band.
