PURPOSE: A full color organic electro-luminescence device is provided to adjust the balance of white light by forming differently the thickness of electron transporting layers laminated on a red, a green, and a blue emitting material layer. CONSTITUTION: A full color organic electro-luminescence device includes a plurality of cells, an emitting material layer(18), and an electron transporting layer(20). The cells are formed with red color cells, green color cells, and blue color cells. The electron transporting layer(20) is formed on an upper portion of the emitting material layer(18) corresponding to the red color cells, the green color cells, and the blue color cells. The thickness of the electron transporting layer formed on the red emitting material layer is thinner than the thickness of the electron transporting layer formed on the green emitting material layer and the blue emitting material layer.
