ROW DECODER OF FLASH MEMORY DEVICE

PURPOSE: A row decoder of a flash memory device is provided to improve efficiency of data management as increasing a lifetime of the device and reducing power consumption. CONSTITUTION: A block decoder(110) selects a specific block among a number of blocks according to a block address. A word line decoder(120) applies a word line signal to erase all word lines of the specific block during a block whole erase operation, and applies the word line signal only to a word line of a selected page of the specific block during a page unit erase operation, according to a word line address signal and a page erase signal. A connection part(130) is installed between the blocks and the word line decoder, and enables a signal generated in the word line decoder to be applied only to the inside of the specific block according to an output signal of the block decoder.
