<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure control valve using a minimum number of parts for closing the valve when a fuel tank pressure rises after filling a fuel and for opening the valve when the pressure rise exceeding the pressure rise in the fuel tank after filling the fuel. <P>SOLUTION: A first valve element 2 has a valve element portion 2a for closing a second communication portion 1b at the inside of a valve chamber 1, a first communication hole 2b and a second communication hole 2c for communicating the inside of the first valve element 2 with the valve chamber 1. A second valve element 3 is arranged right above the first communication hole 2b in the state of placing the second valve element 3 at its bottom portion on a spacer portion 2h formed at a hole edge of the first communication hole 2b. The second valve element 3 has a valve element portion 3a for closing the second communication hole at the inside of the first valve element 2. When the pressure rises in the fuel tank T after filling the fuel, the second valve element is moved up to close the second communication hole 2c, and when the pressure rises exceeding this pressure rise, the first valve element is moved up to open the second communication portion 1b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
