PURPOSE: A billing method when using a mobile phone and a system therefor are provided to bill a call charge to a telephone number designated by a user when the user talks with an object over a mobile phone of another user. CONSTITUTION: A base station(100) has an authentication module(10) and a billing module(20). After a designated number is transmitted from a mobile phone(200) of another user and the base station(100) is connected with the mobile phone(200), the authentication module(10) judges whether a billing object telephone number and a password are authenticated. The billing module(20) bills a call charge to the authenticated telephone number.
