PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new material for light guides that is easy to adjust the refractive index, has a small transmission loss, has excellent heat stability, and is excellent in processability/moldability. SOLUTION: When an organic-inorganic hybrid crosslinked product having an Si-C bond, a triazine ring and a fluorine-containing alkyl chain is manufactured, the refractive index is adjusted by varying the mixing ratio of the used compounds and the length of the fluorine-containing alkyl chain.
