<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paging system capable of efficiently informing each patient of a fact that a consultation period comes and realizing shortening of waiting time for consultation in a hospital. <P>SOLUTION: The paging system is provided with a terminal 4 for a doctor which transmits medical examination end information indicating that a medical examination of a certain patient ends to a paging server 5 and the paging server 5 accessible to a reservation management table 21, which specifies patients within the prescribed number of waiting patients from a patient under consultation by referring to a reservation management table 21 when the medical examination end information is received and transmits a paging signal to be used for paging the patients to terminals 1, 2 for patients corresponding to the specified patients. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
