<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connection device capable of quickly, surely, and electrically and mechanically connecting a 1st target part to be connected to a 2nd target part to be connected, in addition to reduction of height and size and an electronic apparatus comprising the electric connection device. <P>SOLUTION: The electric connection device comprises a plate-like fixing part 85 for fixing a connector insertion part 83 on a housing 80, in a state that the housing 80 is engaged with an engaging hole 140 so that the connector insertion part 83 is not disengaged from a contact member 81, and a guide member 630 for engaging the housing 80 with the engaging hole 140 of the plate-like fixing part 85, by guiding and sending the plate-like fixing part 85 in the case of inserting a conductive part of the plate-like connection insertion part 83 into the contact member 81 of a 1st connector 70.
