PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of connection between a terminal and a cable by surely preventing occurrence of galvanic corrosion by simplifying a manufacturing facility or a manufacturing process and suppressing increase in cost of manufacture.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a wire with terminal includes: an encapsulating step for applying an encapsulation resin in a first viscosity state to a connection part of a terminal with a core wire that is formed from a plurality of strands, the terminal being connected to a terminal part of a cable that is covered by coating formed from an insulation material, in such a manner that a core wire exposed part of the cable is covered, for encapsulation; a core wire heating step for heating the core wire exposed part to change the encapsulation resin around the core wire exposed part into a second viscosity state in which the viscosity is lower than that in the first viscosity state, and filling a gap between the terminal and the core wire and a gap between the strands of the core wire by permeating the encapsulation resin there, and a hardening step for hardening the encapsulation resin as a whole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
