PURPOSE: Provided is a transformed mouse expressing the HPV E6 gene which is usefully used in screening tumor gene and tumor treating agent since tumor development occurs at the late stage. CONSTITUTION: An animal excluding human beings is transformed to express HPV(human papilloma virus) E6 gene inducing the mammary gland tumor. In the transformed animal, the HPV E6 gene is inserted into the chromosome of the animal and is operably linked to a beta-casein promotor. The chromosome is able to be body cells or sexual cells. The animal is mainly a mouse.
