Upholstered passenger seat for transport vehicles, especially for buses and trains, comprises a back part (1) having a support frame on which the upholstery and a back part edge are fixed. The support frame has in its upper region a transverse bar (3a, 3b) arranged between two longitudinal bars (2). The longitudinal bars each have on their upper ends an angle profile part (6) extending the longitudinal bars. The transverse bar is arranged between the opposite-lying arms of the angle profile part. Preferred Features: The angle profile part has fixing elements (7, 8) in its arms on which the transverse bar is fixed. |
