<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet which shows outstanding mar resistance, cigarette resistance, weatherability, resistances to chemical and fouling, superb interlayer adhesion and the like; inhibited warpage and ease of manufacture; and the suitability for building materials such as wall paneling and floor tiling, especially the floor tiling, and a method for manufacturing the decorative sheet. <P>SOLUTION: This decorative sheet is structured of (B) a concealable vinyl chloride resin film, (C) a pictorial pattern layer, (D) an adhesive layer and (E) an ionomer resin film laminated in that order on one surface of (A) a vinyl chloride resin sheet and (F) a warpage-proof vinyl chloride resin sheet formed on the other surface of the vinyl chloride resin sheet.
